A. On the condition that the nominated bank agrees to honour or negotiate, the draft can be drawn by the nominated bank instead of the beneficiary

B. The draft must be drawn by beneficiary including the second beneficiary in the event the first beneficiary fails to substitute its own draft for that of the second beneficiary

C. Only when the issuing bank is the drawee bank can the draft be drawn by the beneficiary
