A. Any anticoagulant or antithrombotic therapy can be resumed 2 weeks after either the initiation of DXM therapy or surgery following a follow-up CT without signs of CSDH recurrence, recent-onset haematoma or unchanged mass effect with midline shift compared to the initial CT at randomisation

B. Two weeks after starting DXM treatment or surgery, compared with the randomized initial CT, if the follow-up CT showed no evidence of CSDH recurrence, recent hematoma or mass effect with no change in midline shift, the patient could resume any anticoagulant or antithrombotic treatment

C. Any anticoagulant or antithrombotic therapy can be resumed 2 weeks after the initiation of DXM therapy or surgery following a follow-up CT without signs of CSDH recurrence, without signs of recent-onset haematoma or without signs of unchanged mass effect with midline shift compared to the initial CT at randomisation

D. Any anticoagulant or antithrombotic therapy can be resumed 2 weeks after the initiation of DXM therapy or surgery following a follow-up CT that has no signs of CSDH recurrence, recent-onset haematoma or unchanged mass effect with midline shift compared to the initial CT at randomisation
